Terms and Condititions

All tickets must be purchased on line and must be paid in full when order is submitted. Wristbands will be available for pick up in Orlando at Disney’s Coronado Springs Convention Center during the following hours and locations.  You must have a wristband for the appropriate day to enter the competition venue.

USASF is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending any of its events.  Accordingly, all individuals attending a USASF Event (“Attendees and Spectators”) are required to abide by the following Code of Conduct. This includes but is not limited to the following, irrespective of age: athletes or dancers participating in a USASF Event (“Participants”) and their family members or friends; coaches; gym owners; fans and ticketholders; third party vendors; and event volunteers. When attending USASF Events, all Attendees and Spectators should contribute to a positive environment by behaving in a respectful and appropriate manner.

The following conduct is prohibited in all USASF Event spaces, and is grounds for removal from a USASF Event and/or possible permanent exclusion from any future USASF Event:

• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, aggressive, belligerent, threatening, abusive or violent in nature, including but not limited to bullying, verbal, physical or sexual harassment towards any person of any kind
• Foul, abusive or degrading language • Obscene gestures or name calling
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
• Illicit drug possession or usage
• The personal, noncommercial use of live streaming apps (such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, etc.) to capture all or any part of a performance during a USASF Event • Use of cameras with extended lenses (telephoto zoom beyond 70 mm, etc.)
• Vandalism of any USASF Event location or its equipment • Failure to follow the safety or security guidelines or instructions of USASF or venue personnel (including partner hotels)

• Spectators must purchase tickets for admission to the event through the official USASF ticket outlet. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the event and days for which they are purchased. Anyone found with counterfeit or altered tickets or wristbands will be removed from the event.

• USASF reserves the right to prohibit or remove from a USASF Event any Attendee or Spectator or any other person for any reason in its discretion. In the event you witness conduct that you reasonably believe to be a violation of this Code of Conduct, please notify USASF personnel at the USASF Event immediately.

 Prohibited Items: USASF has the right to prohibit any items that are deemed unacceptable and a potential safety hazard or security concern. All bags are subject to search. No weapons No firearms or ammunition No pepper spray or mace No narcotics or drugs (except prescription) No outside alcoholic beverages allowed No obscene or indecent clothing No tripods No lenses over 70MM No selfie sticks No drones No pets (except service animals) No whistles No airhorns No bullhorns No explosives or fireworks No skateboards or scooters No laser pointers or laser sights No knives

Appearance Agreement: I understand that as a participant and/ or spectator at the Event that I and/or Minor may be included in recordings, streaming, videotapes, photographs, DVDs, podcasts and videocasts taken during the Event. Therefore, without reservation or limitations, I, on my own behalf and/or on behalf of Minor, hereby irrevocably assign, transfer and grant to Releasees and their successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, any television networks, and all other commercial exhibitors the exclusive right to photograph and/or videotape me and/or Minor and to utilize such videotapes and photographs and my and/or Minor’s name, image, face, likeness, voice and appearance as a part of the Event, in advertising and promoting the Event, in advertising and promoting similar future events, or in advertising and promotions relating to Releasees, in any media now in existence or hereafter developed, without further compensation and without reservations or limitations.

I further understand that neither USASF nor any third party is under any obligation to exercise any of the foregoing rights, licenses and privileges herein granted. I waive any right to inspect or approve any materials related thereto.
