Where: Great Wolf Lodge Webster (Ballroom) Check in: 12:00pm – 1:00 pm Clinic – 1:00pm – 5:00 pm What to wear? Something comfy to move around in. We will not be stunting or working out, but will be moving around the room for activities. What to bring? Something to write with and write on to take some notes. We will have some extra notepads there if you just want to use those. Please bring a water bottle.

This location requires 1 adult per 15 athletes; however, Varsity requires 1 adult per 10 athletes. *IMPORTANT* Minors are required to be monitored at all times. Coaches and chaperones are responsible for transporting/walking minors to and from instruction across campus.

For anyone joining on the River Float, please see below: -Absolutely NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed at the float. -The city has implemented a NO SINGLE USE ordinance. Food and drinks should NOT be going to the float, but if a water bottle needs to be taken with a camper, it has to be a reusable bottle. They said they are enforcing citations, no excuses -Lockers to be provided for any personal belongings -After the float is complete, they built a fence around the float so campers MUST EXIT TO THE LEFT. Exiting to the right is a long walk and you have to find the gate. EXIT TO THE LEFT!!! -Buses will drop off at Jowers for anyone riding back
Pool night on the second night from 8-10 PM! Lets have some fun! On final show case day, the building does NOT open to parents until 9:00 AM. Please do not enter the building or block the entry of the building before the 9:00 time.
This location and Varsity require 1 adult per 10 athletes. This session is for small schools; 3A and under or teams of 12 or less and junior high teams. Any adults attending camp must bring proof of a background check and child safety training valid within the last 2 years. Your USA Membership should cover this, but please bring a copy and/or proof of something similar. There is a heightened level of construction this summer than originally planned. Due to this part of Bell Ave. is currently closed. Please use the parking map to see the best way to enter the parking lot. Additionally, If you are bringing any buses with campers, please park all buses in Lowry Woods Lot: 1600 Oakland St., Denton, TX, 76204. Please ensure that your campers and camp leaders place it on the passenger side of their dashboard and only park in the Maroon Lots in spots that aren’t Reserved.
This location and Varsity require 1 adult per 10 athletes. No minor is allowed to walk around on campus without their chaperones. No outside food will be permitted in the Dining Halls. This is a Health Department policy. There is a PER ROOM fee for trash being left in rooms. PLEASE DISGARD OF ANY PERSONAL TRASH IN THE DUMPSTER OUTSIDE THE BUILDING! Please Note For Decorations: • No Glitter • No streamers • All decorations must be removed before leaving the dorms • No residue left on the doors
