The UDA Leadership Summit is a brand new virtual offering specifically for team leaders, captains and seniors. Join our industry-leading Guest Speakers on August 27, 2022 to learn how to maximize your team’s potential by developing your own leadership skills.
Best of all, the education, development of leadership skills, and support from UDA Staff doesn’t stop at the end of your seminar on August 27th. Leadership Summit attendees will continue to receive support from UDA Staff through the fall of 2022 with monthly meetings hosted by their UDA Leader. These meetings will bring Leadership Summit participants together and will serve as a check-in to monitor their leadership journey and follow up with anything they may need assistance with. Meetings will kick off with a monthly activity designed to build upon the skills they learned during the main seminar (August 27th) and to apply these skills to real life scenarios in their dance and educational journeys.
